Ukraine: Inside civilians’ living nightmare

In eastern Ukraine, one woman has told the BBC she cannot tell her grandson his mother is dead after another night of heavy shelling.

Government forces and Russian-backed rebels have accused each other of attacking civilians as fighting intensifies, with some of the heaviest clashes just over 10 miles from rebel-held Donetsk.
